Joyce joined ValsNZ in 2025 as a Valuation Assistant, bringing over ten years of experience as a legal executive in civil rights advocacy. 

Previously based in the San Francisco Bay Area and now residing in Dunedin, Joyce brings a deep understanding of ethics, regulatory frameworks and due diligence to her role. A graduate of UC Berkeley with degrees in English and Rhetoric, she supports the valuation team with thorough research, careful analysis, and document review. Joyce is developing her expertise in property valuation and is committed to contributing quality work to every project.
