Kayla James is a Registered Property Valuer at Vals NZ, specialising in commercial, industrial, freehold going concerns, and childcare centres across Otago and Southland. 

Being a Canterbury native, Kayla relocated to Dunedin in 2021, commencing her career after graduating from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Land and Property Management, majoring in Urban Valuation.
